Cristian R. Ojeda. CPA, is a founding partner of CROJEDA.
Cristian has over ten years of experience in public accounting from small boutique firms to the Big 4 in Los Angeles, providing tax consulting services to a wide range of clients. He has extensive expertise in real estate, partnerships, trusts, family-owned closely-held businesses and high-net-worth individuals. Cristian provides clients with income tax planning and business and finance consulting services, real estate services (including structuring and like-kind exchanges), expertise in individual income taxation and pass-through entities (such as partnerships and S corporations), assistance with tax audits and guidance on trust and estate planning and gifting. Cristian also represents clients before the Internal Revenue Service, the Franchise Tax Board and other taxing authorities. Cristian is a Certified Public Accountant and is a member of the California Society of CPAs and the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants. An active participant of the community, Cristian has served on the Board of Directors of The Pick Group of Young Professionals as well as various pro-bono engagements. His personal interests include golf, cycling and finding the best hole in the wall restaurants and street food. Cristian resides in the Coachella Valley, where he grew up - serving clients remotely throughout the United States. |
James Hyun, CPA, CVA is a Principal of CROJEDA and leads the firms Valuation Practice and provides business strategy, tax consulting and business reorganization planning to small to middle-market companies as well as family offices and high-net-worth individuals. James has over nine years of tax and consulting experience in both public accounting and private industry including Big 4 and Fortune Global 500 companies in Los Angeles.
James’ foresight has always focused on helping his clients with a clear understanding of their business operations as well as their short and long term goals. His experience in business valuations makes him invaluable to clients in support of gift & estate, litigation, divorce, and transactional purposes. Throughout his career, James has served clients in a broad range of industries, including real estate, food & beverage, technology hardware, banking & capital market, hospitality & hotel management, and renewable energy. James represents clients before the Internal Revenue Service and other taxing authorities. He obtained his CPA license through the Maryland Board of Public Accountancy. He is a member of the California Society of CPAs, American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, and National Association of Certified Valuators and Analysts. When James is not in the office, you can find him on the golf course or in the great outdoors, a former Boy Scout. His other interests include sports, concerts, cooking, movies, and spending time with friends & family. |
