Cristian R. Ojeda

Shareholder

Cristian R. Ojeda. CPA,
Cristian has over ten years of experience in public accounting from small boutique firms to the Big 4 in Los Angeles, providing tax consulting services to a wide range of clients. He has extensive expertise in real estate, partnerships, trusts, family-owned closely-held businesses and high-net-worth individuals.

Cristian provides clients with income tax planning and business and finance consulting services, real estate services (including structuring and like-kind exchanges), expertise in individual income taxation and pass-through entities (such as partnerships and S corporations), assistance with tax audits and guidance on trust and estate planning and gifting.

Cristian also represents clients before the Internal Revenue Service, the Franchise Tax Board and other taxing authorities.

Cristian is a Certified Public Accountant and is a member of the California Society of CPAs and the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants. An active participant of the community, Cristian has served on the Board of Directors of The Pick Group of Young Professionals as well as various pro-bono engagements. 

His personal interests include golf, cycling and finding the best hole in the wall restaurants and street food. Cristian resides in the Coachella Valley, where he grew up - serving clients remotely throughout the United States. 

Nona S. Solowitz

Nona S. Solowitz, CPA,
Nona is a Certified Quickbooks Pro Advisor, specializes in business consulting and tax services for small businesses and nonprofit organizations. She brings a unique perspective to her role. Having been a successful small business owner and nonprofit executive, she knows what her clients need because she’s been there too.

As executive director of Temple Sinai, Palm Desert, CA, Nona spent six years directing all business and administrative functions. She was responsible for all financial activities in accordance with not-for-profit accounting standards including preparation of financial reports for internal and external use.

As director of finance and administration for the highly regarded Palm Springs International Film Festival, Palm Springs, CA, Nona was responsible for oversight of all financial activities and administrative functions, as well as managing employees and hundreds of volunteers.

Nona is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA), California Society of Certified Public Accounts (CalCPA), National Association of Tax Professionals (NATP), National Association of Professional Women, Palm Desert Chamber of Commerce, Muses Society of McCallum Theatre, and the Girlfriend Factor. She serves on the Board of Directors of Jewish Family Services of the Desert, and on the Finance Committee of the Children’s Discovery Museum. She is a lifetime member of Hadassah, serves on the advisory board member of Women Leaders Forum, and is a community sponsor of Women Who Rule.

​She spends her free time cooking and creating food, spending time with her family, playing with her grandchildren, and hiking in the mountains.

Eduardo Ambrosio, CPA
Eduardo brings a strong background in tax planning, compliance, and consulting, with a particular focus on the Real Estate sector. Eduardo provides strategic tax guidance to real estate investors, developers, family offices, and high-net-worth individuals, helping them navigate complex tax structures and optimize their financial strategies.

Eduardo has over seven years of public accounting experience, specializing in real estate taxation. His expertise spans partnership taxation, 1031 exchanges, and multi-entity structuring, making him a valuable resource for clients with complex portfolios.

Throughout his career, Eduardo has served clients across various industries, including real estate, professional services, and private equity. His dedication to understanding client goals and tailoring tax strategies accordingly has earned him a reputation for delivering thoughtful, high-quality solutions.
Eduardo holds a CPA license from the California Board of Accountancy and is a member of the California Society of CPAs and the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants.

When he’s not working, Eduardo enjoys playing music, exploring new restaurants around Los Angeles, and spending time with friends and family.
