As executive director of Temple Sinai, Palm Desert, CA, Nona spent six years directing all business and administrative functions. She was responsible for all financial activities in accordance with not-for-profit accounting standards including preparation of financial reports for internal and external use. As director of finance and administration for the highly regarded Palm Springs International Film Festival, Palm Springs, CA, Nona was responsible for oversight of all financial activities and administrative functions, as well as managing employees and hundreds of volunteers.
